1. Strategy & Governance: Sustainability as an organisational infrastructure
From the very beginning, the transformation took shape through a strategic and governance review, supported by an ESG model integrated into decision-making processes. Innovamey supported the Group in strengthening a framework capable of guaranteeing transparency, coherence and measurability — positioning sustainability as a true strategic lever.

- Participation in the ESG governance structure, introducing a cross-functional Steering Committee
- Definition of integrated KPIs within management control and measurement systems

The strategic vision triggered deep operational change, transforming not only infrastructure but the Group’s entire way of working. Innovamey worked alongside internal teams — full of vision and ideas — to integrate sustainability and wellbeing into daily processes and company policies.

- The launch of the People Happiness Survey, integrated into listening systems
- Integration of ESG criteria within procurement processes
3. Internal Culture & Gender Equality: From certification to diversity governance
The work on culture was systemic.
The 24 ORE Group became the first Italian media company certified for gender equality, not only through formal tools but also through a governance model and an inclusive culture practised daily.
Key achievements included:
- Introduction of gender KPIs within the People & Organisation systems
- Establishment of a permanent Diversity & Inclusion Committee
- Mentorship and training programmes on bias and inclusive leadership
- A renewed internal and external narrative, with more representative “voices” across content, events and productions
