This is not the end of inclusion

We are certain of one thing: this is not the era in which inclusion comes to an end. Despite the narratives and step-backs we sometimes hear, we prefer to listen to the leaders who, in recent days, have reminded us that the train has already left the station.

Inclusion is not just a value — it is a strategy that helps companies grow. And we want to prove it through the stories of those who have experienced this change firsthand.

Inclusion as a driver of business growth

Looking at global reports, the data is clear: companies that invest in diversity and inclusion not only see improvements in workplace culture but also growth in innovation and economic performance. According to McKinsey, organizations with diverse leadership teams are 36% more likely to outperform competitors in profitability. Closing the gender gap alone could generate more than €11 trillion for the global economy.

Yet for many Italian SMEs, these numbers feel distant — tied to multinational environments and difficult to imagine in local, often traditional business contexts. Many companies ask us daily what all of this means for them, in the reality of a local enterprise.

Introducing Inclusion Talks: Stories That Change Business

Inclusion Talks is our new interview format that brings to light real experiences of companies that have put inclusion at the center and have gained tangible benefits in terms of innovation, productivity and organizational wellbeing.

Many companies face the challenge of turning inclusion from an abstract concept into a measurable reality. Reports and research are useful, but what truly convinces people are real experiences. Inclusion Talks was created to give a voice to those who have lived this transformation, offering practical and replicable insights.
