Gruppo Sella has long been committed to diversity and inclusion as part of its corporate DNA
But translating those values into everyday culture — shared, lived, and measurable — required a new kind of approach. The goal was not only to promote awareness, but to make inclusion a strategic driver for innovation and competitiveness.
That’s where the collaboration with Innovamey began: a journey to transform the company’s D&I vision into an engaging learning experience for everyone. Through education, storytelling, and cross-sector collaboration, inclusion evolved from a principle into a concrete practice — a shared language connecting people, business, and culture.
Gruppo Sella had already defined a strong Diversity & Inclusion strategy, centered on three priorities: closing the gender gap, valuing age diversity, and fostering cultural inclusion.
The next step was to move beyond strategy documents and create real engagement — reaching every employee in a way that felt personal, relevant, and inspiring.
Traditional awareness campaigns were not enough. The company needed a structured, participatory journey capable of turning inclusion into lived experience, not just policy.
The true challenge was to give inclusion depth and continuity — positioning it not only as an ethical imperative, but as a lever for innovation, culture, and long-term competitiveness.
A company-wide program within Lynfa (the internal learning platform), designed for all employees. The path explored the multiple dimensions of D&I: definitions, global trends, KPIs, but also the deeper and more human meanings of belonging and inclusion.
We supported Sella in narrating its own journey by amplifying employee voices, transforming personal experiences into authentic testimonies that gave legitimacy and visibility to the change process.
The external voice of Aram Mbow brought validation, empathy, and expertise at the intersection of sustainability and innovation, bridging internal culture with business opportunities. The contribution of Yottaworld, an SME client of Innovamey brought by us, showcased how even smaller organizations can activate meaningful inclusion pathways, proving the scalability and relevance of the model.
“Inclusion means transforming culture step by step, radiating from strategies to everyday practices. With this journey, our people found new ways to recognize themselves and to narrate their role in change.”
Maria Di Moriondo, Head of DEI – Gruppo Sella

The Gruppo Sella journey shows how an internal Academy can evolve into a true engine of cultural and business transformation. Through structured learning, storytelling, and collaboration, inclusion becomes more than a corporate policy — it turns into a shared daily practice that connects people, inspires leadership, and opens dialogue with external communities. It’s the proof that culture, when nurtured, can drive both human and organizational growth.
