For Black History Month, we crafted a global talk on Black leadership, combining personal storytelling with broader reflections on identity and access.
We partnered with Autostrade per l’Italia to design a convention that combined an Inspirational Talk, leadership storytelling, and ERG-led sessions—blending diverse formats to showcase multiple voices within a unified narrative.
For Cooperativa Futura, we co-designed a journey that transformed occupational therapists into Diversity Managers, blending professional training with a bold reimagining of inclusion as a lever for business, ESG, and innovation.
For Gruppo Sella, we designed an Academy on Inclusion through Linfa, the internal learning platform — a structured program for all employees that explained the meaning and facets of D&I, amplified employee voices, and connected inclusion to business opportunities.

At Innovamey, sustainability isn’t just what we do — it’s how we choose to operate. That’s why we’ve made the voluntary decision to measure and report our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions according to the GHG Protocol, the leading international standard for carbon accounting.
As a consulting firm with a low direct footprint, we know that every organization — regardless of size — has a role to play in the transition to a low-carbon economy. We act on this belief both by guiding companies, institutions, and startups through sustainable transformation, and by applying those same principles within our own operations.
